BBQ Spiced Snacking Nuts
These nuts are roasted to perfection and coated in a bold seasoning blend that brings serious snack-time satisfaction. Best of all? They’re ridiculously easy to make.

1 whisk
1 medium bowl
1 Large spoon
1 baking sheet
Parchment paper
1 air-tight container
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 Tbsp. dry BBQ seasoning
- 2-3 Tbsp. sugar-free Maple syrup I used Birch Bender's
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1-1/2 cups pecans
- 1/4 cup Swerve brown sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Whisk the egg white until it is foamy.
Stir in the dry BBQ seasoning, cayenne pepper and maple syrup.
Whisk until combined well.
Add the nuts and stir, making sure all the nuts are coated.
Add the Swerve brown sugar over the top and give the nuts a toss.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast 15 minutes, then stir. Roast another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt.
Cool completely. Store in an air-tight container.
