Ingredients
  

  • Peppered Salami
  • Cappicola
  • Prosciutto
  • Any other Italian lunch meats
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • Pickled Red Onions
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Sliced pepperoncini
  • Mayonnaise
  • Italian seasoning
  • Spring mix lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Get a couple of slices of your favorite bread.
  • Slather on your favorite sandwich condiments or use only mayonnaise.
  • Pile all the Italian meat on one slice of the bread. You can use as much as you like.
  • Add the Provolone cheese on top of the meat.
  • Top with pickled red onion, sliced pepperoncini and kalamata olives.
  • On the other slice of bread, carefully place some spring mix salad and sprinkle on some salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  • Put the two halves together and give it a light mash with your hand so the two become one.
