1 baking sheet
1 large bowl
tongs
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped fine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary chopped fine
- 1/4 Parmesan grated or shredded
- 1 lemon zested
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1 lb. shoestring French fries
In a small bowl, combine garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, parsley, rosemary, olive oil and lemon zest. Mix well and set aside.
Place the frozen French fries in the air fryer basket or tray. It is important not to overcrowd the fries. As a general rule, it is best to fill the space no more than halfway to allow better air circulation. You will have to work in batches. Keep warm in the oven while batches cook in the air fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes at the highest temperature setting.
Remove and toss the fries.
Cook for another 5-8 minutes, or until the fries reach the desired level of crispiness for your taste.
Place all the French fries in a large bowl.
Toss with the garlic butter sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
