Crabmeat Dip
Rich, savory, and incredibly easy to make, it’s the kind of appetizer everyone loves.

Measuring spoons
1 colander
1 medium-size bowl
1 casserole dish
Cooking Spray
- 3 cans canned crab or 16 oz. fresh lump meat crab
- 1 bar cream cheese softened
- 4 green onions sliced
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Zatarain’s liquid crab boil
- Pinch salt and pepper
If using canned crab, drain it in a colander. If using fresh crab, rinse in a colander and pick through it to remove any shells.
Place the crab in a bowl and cover with milk.
Soak for at least 30 minutes.
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a mixer.
Mix until combined and smooth.
Spread the crab mixture in a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve the dip in the baking dish or transfer to a bowl.
Serve with Ritz Crackers or similar buttery crackers.
