1 small mixing bowl

1 baking sheet
Parchment paper
- 1-1/2 cups sliced almonds chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder or cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pecons chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. Swerve granular
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
Stir until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until they are combined.
Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours or until they are set.
Store them I a container in the refrigerator.
