Equipment

  • 1 measuring cup
  • Measuring spoons
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • 1 Large spoon
  • 1 baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups sliced almonds chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder or cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup pecons chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve granular
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until they are combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours or until they are set.
  • Store them I a container in the refrigerator.
