Limoncello Peach Fizz

Equipment

  • 1 knife
  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 jigger
  • 1 long spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. limoncello chilled
  • 1-1/2 oz. peach nectar
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • Sugar or sweetener of your choice to taste
  • Splash of Prosecco or champagne
  • Garnish: Lemon slice maraschino cherry, fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • If using a lemon slice as a garnish, place it inside a glass and add some ice.
  • In a shaker, combine the limoncello, peach nectar, lemon juice and sugar or sweetener of your choice.
  • Shake until well mixed.
  • Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  • Fill the glass to the top with Prosecco or champagne.
  • Stir lightly. Ciao!!
