- 1 avocado pitted, peeled and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clope garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- Optional Tomato Slices
Toast the bread.
In a bowl, mash the avocado.
Add the garlic, olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Spread the mashed avocado on a slice of toast.
Sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
You can top the Avocado Toast with a slice of tomato if you desire.
