Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice Keto or Low-Carb bread
  • 1 avocado pitted, peeled and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clope garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • Optional Tomato Slices

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread.
  • In a bowl, mash the avocado.
  • Add the garlic, olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Spread the mashed avocado on a slice of toast.
  • Sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
  • You can top the Avocado Toast with a slice of tomato if you desire.
