Just a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning blend is all it takes to transform a slice of toast into a nourishing breakfast or anytime snack. Whether you use low-carb, gluten-free, or traditional bread, avocado toast is one of those rare dishes that feels indulgent but is packed with nutrients.

It’s so rich and flavorful, you might forget just how good it is for you.

1 slice Keto or Low-Carb bread

1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Pinch red pepper flakes

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

(Optional) Tomato Slices

Toast the bread.

In a bowl, mash the avocado. Add the garlic, olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Spread the mashed avocado on a slice of toast.

Sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. You can top the Avocado Toast with a slice of tomato if you desire. This is a really healthy breakfast.
