Baked Brie with Blueberry Ginger Chutney

Ingredients

fresh blueberries
1/4
cup
brown sugar Swerve
1-1/2

cornstarch

cider vinegar

onion, chopped

tsp.
ginger paste

cinnamon stick
1/8
tsp.
salt

8-oz.
wheel of brie
Keto crackers, veggie dippers or Low carb pita chips or tortilla chips
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the brie.
Cook and stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
Turn off the heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon stick.
Cover and chill for one hour.
Meanwhile, place the brie wheel on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with chilled topping.
Serve with Keto crackers or veggie dippers.
