Butterfinger Cookies

- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 bag Butterfinger bits or 10 snack-size Butterfinger bars or 3 regular sized Butterfinger bars chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
With an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter until creamy.
Beat in egg until just combined.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in Butterfinger Bits or smashed Butterfinger candy bars.
Mix well. The dough will be very thick.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet lined with parchment paper. For a niceround cookie, you can roll the dough into balls.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool completely.
