Classic Greek Dinner Salad
This tangy salad is made with olives, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and a tangy dressing. Serve this salad with anything with an Italian or Mediterranean flair. It's especially good served with pizza.

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce washed and sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 1 container feta cheese crumbled
- 1 small can sliced black olives
Whisk together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl.
Divide the romaine between bowls.
Add grape tomatoes, cucumber, sliced red onion, feta cheese and black olives. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
