Crispy Crumb Salmon
The crunchy topping on this salmon is made from Keto breadcrumbs; however, you can make it with regular breadcrumbs with no difference in flavor or texture.

- 1-1/2 cups keto breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped chopped
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced minced
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. butter melted
- 4 salmon filets
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- Lemon wedges for serving
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, thyme, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, lemon zest, lemon pepper, paprika, butter, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Mix well and set aside.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet, skin side down.
Pour the wine and oil over the salmon.
Top the salmon with the crumb mixture.
Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges.
