This crispy, lemony salmon recipe is restaurant quality and perfect for a Sunday dinner. Salmon is easy to make, but impressive to serve. Ingredients
1-1/2 cups keto breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 salmon filets
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges for serving
1/3 cup white wine
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, thyme, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, lemon zest, lemon pepper, paprika, butter, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet, skin side down. Pour the wine and oil over the salmon.
Top the salmon with the crumb mixture.
Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges.
