In a bowl, mix the green onion, ketchup, egg, pickle relish, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan pepper and seasoned salt. Mix well.
Add the ground beef and mix well. If the mixture seems too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
Form patties and place them on a plate or baking sheet. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
While the patties are chilling, make the sauce. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and Montreal chicken seasoning. Mix well.
Remove the patties from the refrigerator and grill on an indoor or outdoor grill.
Serve the burgers on your favorite hamburger buns with your favorite toppings. I used Keto hamburger buns and added some lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese for a classic hamburger.
