Easy Keto Cheeseburger Sliders

These little sliders are so good, you won’t even miss a regular bun.These sliders will make everyone happy!

Equipment

  • 1 knife
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 9x12" baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 12 Keto dinner rolls
  • 9-10 American cheese slices
  • Condiments and slider toppings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion and Montreal steak seasoning.
  • Press the meat mixture into a 9x12" pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake the meat in the oven for 30 minutes. The meat will shrink away from the sides of the dish as it cooks.
  • Remove from the oven and place slices of cheese across the top of the meat.
  • Place back in the oven to allow the cheese to melt.
  • Remove from the oven and cut into squares that fit the sizeof the dinner rolls you are using. To keep these sliders Keto, I used Aldi Ketodinner rolls that are so good.
  • Serve immediately or wrap each slider in foil individuallyand keep warm until serving.
