Easy Keto Cheeseburger Sliders

I have to hand it to Aldi—they really know how to surprise the low-carb crowd with seasonal keto gems. One of my absolute favorite finds? Their Keto dinner rolls make a brief appearance in the Spring. Let me tell you, the moment I spotted them, it felt like striking gold! Every trip to Aldi turned into a mission to stock up, and yes, I filled my freezer like a true meal-prep queen to enjoy them all year long.

If you ever see that little sign that says “Here today, gone tomorrow,” take it seriously—because when it comes to these rolls, it couldn’t be more true. I never thought I’d get to enjoy a slider again, but these soft, keto-friendly rolls brought them back to my table and made this foodie girl very happy. I was practically squealing with joy on the drive home!

These Easy Keto Cheeseburger Sliders are my go-to recipe for using the Aldi Keto dinner rolls, but with my stash in the freezer, I’ve got big plans to recreate even more of my old favorites. And trust me—these little sliders are so good, you won’t even miss a regular bun.

Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 Tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning

12 Keto dinner rolls

9-10 American Cheese Slices

Condiments and slider toppings of your choice

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion and Montreal steak seasoning.

Press the meat mixture into a 9×12″ pan.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the meat in the oven for 30 minutes. The meat will shrink away from the sides of the dish as it cooks. Remove the meat from the oven and place slices of cheese across the top. Place back in the oven to allow the cheese to melt.

Remove from the oven and cut into squares that fit the size of the dinner rolls you are using. To keep these sliders Keto, I used Aldi Keto dinner rolls that are so good.

Serve immediately or wrap each slider in foil individually and keep warm until serving.
