Easy Keto Cheeseburger Sliders

Aldi has some good seasonal Keto products. Their Keto bread is a decent price compared to other brands. In the Spring, I was amazed that they introduced Keto dinner rolls. but they are only available in the Spring season. I have to say that I was all over those dinner rolls. I bought a whole bunch every time I was in there until they were gone. of course, I store them in the freezer, so we could have them throughout the year. When Aldi places a sign on an item that says “Here today, gone tomorrow,” you better grab as many of that item as you can if it is something you like. I thought I would never eat a slider again, so the rolls made this foodie girl very happy! I was almost squealing with delight as I drove home that day. Oh my goodness, are they good!! These Easy Keto Cheeseburger Sliders are my favorite, but I plan to make my other favorites with the rolls I have in my freezer!

Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 Tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning

12 Keto dinner rolls

9-10 American Cheese Slices

Condiments and slider toppings of your choice

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion and Montreal steak seasoning.

Press the meat mixture into a 9×12″ pan.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the meat in the oven for 30 minutes. The meat will shrink away from the sides of the dish as it cooks. Remove from the oven and place slices of cheese across the top of the meat. Place back in the oven to allow the cheese to melt.

Remove from the oven and cut into squares that fit the size of the dinner rolls you are using. To keep these sliders Keto, I used Aldi Keto dinner rolls that are so good.

Serve immediately or wrap each slider in foil individually and keep warm until serving.
