- 1 block cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered Swerve or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 container TruWhip whipped topping
- Simple Mills Honey Graham Cookies apple slices, sweet bread toasts, crackers or gingersnaps for serving
In the bowl of a mixer, combine all the first 8 ingredients.
Mix on low until all are combined well.
Fold in the TruWhip whipped topping until incorporated.
Transfer to a serving bowl surrounded by the cookies and apple slices.
