  • 1 knife
  • 1 citrus juicer
  • 1 large platter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados cut in chunks
  • 3 tomatoes cut in wedges
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro chopped
  • 2 limes halved
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit and carefully scoop out the avocado halves.
  • Cut avocados into wedges and pile in the center of a large platter.
  • Seed and wedge the tomatoes and arrange around the avocados.
  • Arrange the sliced onion over the platter and sprinkle cilantro over all the vegetables.
  • Squeeze the juice of 2 limes evenly over the vegetables.
  • Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
