1 large platter
- 2 ripe avocados cut in chunks
- 3 tomatoes cut in wedges
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro chopped
- 2 limes halved
- Coarse salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit and carefully scoop out the avocado halves.
Cut avocados into wedges and pile in the center of a large platter.
Seed and wedge the tomatoes and arrange around the avocados.
Arrange the sliced onion over the platter and sprinkle cilantro over all the vegetables.
Squeeze the juice of 2 limes evenly over the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
