Hot Salsa and Cheese Dip
This hot salsa and cheese dip is the perfect blend of tangy and creamy, thanks to the sour cream and rich cream cheese base. Just pop it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the whole dish is irresistibly bubbly.

- 1 block cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese
- Green onions sliced
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
In the bowl of a mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, 1 cup of the cheese and taco seasoning.
Mix until combined well.
Pour the mixture into a greased dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Return to the oven and bake 8-10 minutes longer.
Garnish with green onion
Serve with mini peppers or other veggie dippers, tortilla chips almond flour crackers.
