This hot salsa and cheese dip is the perfect blend of tangy and creamy, thanks to the sour cream and rich cream cheese base. It’s always a hit at parties, yet simple enough to whip up for a quick family snack or a cozy weekend treat. Just pop it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the whole dish is irresistibly bubbly.
Ingredients
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
2 cups Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese
Green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
Instructions
In the bowl of a mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, 1 cup of the cheese and taco seasoning. Mix until combined well.

Pour the mixture into a greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Return to the oven and bake 8-10 minutes longer. Garnish with green onion. Serve with mini peppers or other veggie dippers, tortilla chips almond flour crackers.
