Keto Granola with Red Berries
Less is more for this recipe. A little bit of this sweet and crunchy Keto granola goes a long way when topped with berries and yogurt. The granola is a combination of flavored nuts that is crunchy and sweet.

- 1 cup Keto granola, divided
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. monk fruit sweetener, divided
In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and 1 tsp. monk fruit sweetener. Set aside.
In another small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and the remaining teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener. Stir well and taste to adjust the sweetener. Set aside.
Place 1/2 cup of Keto granola in two bowls. I used the Birthday Cake flavor.
Spoon some strawberries and raspberries over the top.
Top each bowl with half of the yogurt mixture. Make sure you drizzle with the juice that the strawberries made while macerating. You could also add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the yogurt for a little hint of flavor.
