One of my go-to low-carb pantry staples is the Keto brand granola—a crunchy, flavorful option that’s perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert. It comes in a tempting variety of flavors like blueberry cinnamon, cinnamon pecan, pumpkin spice, cacao, vanilla strawberry, sweet cinnamon, birthday cake, and even indulgent options like chocolate cupcake.
For this recipe, I love using the birthday cake flavor; it pairs beautifully with the tart sweetness of fresh red berries. You can find Keto granola online, although availability may vary by region. If you’re looking for variety, Amazon often has the full flavor lineup in a range of sizes.
Ingredients
1 cup Keto granola, divided
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. monk fruit sweetener, divided
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener. Set aside.

In another small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and the remaining teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener. Stir well and taste to adjust the sweetener. Set aside.

Place 1/2 cup of Keto granola in two bowls. I used the Birthday Cake flavor. It is so good!

Spoon some strawberries and raspberries over the top.

Top each bowl with half of the yogurt mixture. Make sure you drizzle with the juice that the strawberries made while macerating. You can also add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the yogurt for a subtle flavor boost. This is one of my favorite breakfast treats!
