For the Crust (as an alternative to the following crust, you can use a pre-made chocolate nut crust):
2boxesSimple Mills Chocolate Graham cookiescrushed
1Tbsp.brown sugar Swerve
7tsp.buttermelted
1tsp.vanilla
Instructions
(If you are using a premade crust, you can skip this step) Place crust ingredients into a food processor. Process until incorporated and press the mixture into a pie plate.
In the bowl of a mixer, add the peanut butter, heavy cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix until smooth.
Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the pie crust.
Smooth the mixture evenly.
Top with the TruWhip Topping.
Smooth over the surface of the peanut butter layer.
Decorate the top with the peanuts or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Place in the refrigerator until serving
