Keto Pizza Bombs

These Pizza Bombs are great for lunch or as a snack. Hungry teenagers love them! You can use a keto fathead dough or regular canned biscuits .

Equipment

  • 1 medium microwave safe bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 small spoon
  • Cooking spry
  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 recipe fathead dough
  • 1/2 package turkey pepperoni
  • Italian or pizza seasoning
  • 1 jar or can pizza sauce
  • 1 9 oz. bag mozzarella cheese shreds

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the fathead dough into biscuit thickness. Using abiscuit cutter, cut out the fathead circles.
  • Flatten the fathead circles to enlarge them.
  • Top with a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of the dough round and sprinkle with some Italian seasoning or pizza seasoning.
  • Place 3-4 pepperoni slices on top of the sauce..
  • Top with a spoonful of mozzarella cheese.
  • Fold two edges of the dough up and over the filling andpress to seal together. Repeat with the remaining two sides to meet in themiddle. Press the edges together carefully and slightly tuck them under,
  • Place the bombs with the seam side down on a greased bakingsheet and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes until the bombs are golden brown on top.Some of the sauce may seep out of the dough as it bakes.
  • Serve with some extra pizza sauce for dipping.
