1 flat spatula
- 6 sliced Keto bread seeded (if possible)
- 1/2 lb. corned beef sliced
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut drained
- 1/4 cup Russian dressing homemade with your favorite sweetener
- 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbp. butter
Place the corned beef slices on one slice of bread. Use as much as you like.
Top with Swiss cheese slices and the sauerkraut.
Drizzle with Russian dressing.
Close up your sandwich with the other slice of bread. Repeat for as many sandwiches you are making.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Fry the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
Serve with a side of Keto coleslaw for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
