Keto Slap Pizza

Try something a little different for pizza night by baking your pizza in a baking sheet. Cut the pizza into squares and serve with a side salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 recipe Fathead dough (See post for link to recipe)
  • 1 jar Pizza sauce or use homemade pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 8-oz. bag mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fathead dough. (Click the link in the post to get the recipe.)
  • On a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, press the fathead dough in the bottom and up the sides of the baking sheet. Usually, one recipe of fathead dough will be enough no matter how large the baking sheet. Keep pressing and spreading until the baking sheet is covered. If you use a large baking sheet, the crust might be thinner. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 12=15 minutes.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over the surface of the crust.
  • Add onions, mushrooms and peppers. You can add any other vegetables you like to personalize your pizza.
  • Top generously with cheese.
  • Place the pepperoni over the top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for at least 20 minutes. You want to make sure that the cheese is melted and everything in the pizza is hot.
  • To serve, cut into squares and ser!ve with a side salad. Enjoy pizza night.
