This Keto Slab Pizza brings back memories of my hometown favorite—Johnny’s Pizza. They served their pies in a sheet pan, cut into square slices instead of the usual triangles. It was a fun twist that meant everyone got their favorite kind of piece—whether it was a crispy edge with crust or a softer center without.
With this low-carb version, you get all that same comfort and flexibility—minus the carbs. Depending on how you slice it, every bite can have a bit of crust… or none at all for the crust-averse in your crew. It’s a great family-style pizza that satisfies everyone, keto or not!
Ingredients
1 recipe Fathead dough
1 jar pizza sauce or use homemade pizza sauce
Mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 8-oz. bag mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepperoni
Instructions
Prepare the fathead dough.

In a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, press the fathead dough in the bottom and up the sides of the baking sheet. Usually, one recipe of fathead dough will be enough, regardless of the size of the baking sheet. Keep pressing and spreading until the baking sheet is covered. If you have a large baking sheet, the crust might be thinner. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over the surface of the crust. Add onions, mushrooms and peppers. You can add any other vegetables you like to personalize your pizza.

Top generously with cheese.

Place the pepperoni over the top of the cheese.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for at least 20 minutes. You want to make sure that the cheese is melted and everything in the pizza is hot. To serve, cut into squares and serve with a side salad. Enjoy pizza night!
