Low Carb BBQ Wings and Drums
These BBQ wings and drumsticks are out of this world! They are partially baked in the oven and finished in the slow cooker, resulting in tender, juicy, flavorful chicken. The sweet and tangy BBQ sauce is perfectly seasoned with a slight smoky flavor. It is so easy for a weekday and delicious enough for weekend gatherings.

- 3 lb chicken wings
- 3 lb. chicken drumsticks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Bake wings and drumsticks in greased baking pans at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
While the chicken is in the oven, combine the honey, lemon juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, garlic, pepper, hot sauce, chili powder and Sriracha.
Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into the bottom of a slow cooker or Instant Pot.
Remove the chicken from the oven and drain the fat and juices from the cooked wings and drums.
Add the chicken to the slow cooker or Instant Pot. If using the Instant Pot, use the slow cooker setting.
Use the remaining sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for 1 hour.
Use the sauce recipe for any type of BBQ or use it as a condiment.
