  • 1 jigger or measuring cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.2 oz. white rum
  • 1/2 oz. white rum 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice1 oz.. coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. coconut cream
  • 1-1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1-1/2 cups ice
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge, kiwi fruit slice, or other tropical fruit

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  • Garnish with your favorite tropical fruit and a tiki umbrella for fun.
