Purple Paradise Smoothies

Mixing different colored berries together renders the most vibrant purple smoothies. The berries explode with antioxidants, making a very healthy and nutritious beverage. Mix one up for a quick breakfast or a pick-me-up in the afternoon.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup plain Greek yogurt 4 tsp. vanilla extract1 cup fresh blueberries1 cup fresh raspberries1 cup blackberries1 tsp. chia seeds1/2 cup half and half1 tsp. lemon juiceIceWhipped cream
  • 4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste to make sure there are no big chunks of ice.
  • Pour into a pretty glass and Top with whipped cream or enjoy without.
