Full of purple berry goodness, this smoothie makes a healthy breakfast, dessert, or snack. Smoothies are an excellent way to get in some vitamins, protein and nutrients when on any kind of diet. Besides that, purple is a happy color!
Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup half and half
1 tsp. lemon juice
Ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste to make sure there are no big chunks of ice.
Top with whipped cream or enjoy without. These are so refreshing for breakfast or a snack!. Purple is a happy color to start the day!
