Salsa Tossed Salad

This salad is as simple as it gets, but the dressing is what makes it a super star! Spicy salsa mixed with sour cream adds some zing to the fresh vegetables. It is so easy to make that you will want to use this dressing to dip everything in it.

Equipment

  • 1 measuring cip
  • Salad bowls
  • 1 knife
  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 1 medium spoon

Ingredients
  

  • Spring Mix lettuce
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Divide the Spring mix between bowls.
  • Toss with tomato, yellow pepper and red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the salsa and ranch dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  • Top with cheese and serve.
