A refreshing and colorful salad loaded with crunchy vegetables and spicy salsa as the dressing complements any meal with a Mexican flare. This salad is quick and easy to make any day of the week. The beauty of this salad is that you can use a jarred salsa or a homemade salsa. Pico de gallo is especially nice. Many grocery stores carry freshly made Pico de Gallo in the produce section.
