Steak and Veggie Sheet Pan Meal
Tender, juicy steak and a load of flavorful vegetables roasted together all in one pan. It's so easy and delicious!

- 2 red peppers cut into chunky strips
- 2 yellow or orange peppers cut into chunky strips
- 2 green peppers cut into chunky strips
- 1 onion sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 container grape tomatoes halved
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 3 New York Strip Steaks or other steaks use as many steaks for as many people you are serving
- 4 tsp. Montreal Steak seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. herb butter
Place the peppers, onions and half of the garlic on one side of a sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Toss.
Place the tomatoes, thyme and the remaining garlic on the other side of the sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Toss and set the sheet pan aside for now.
Season the steaks with the Montreal steak seasoning.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 4 minutes.
Flip the steaks over and cover them loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake another 5 minutes. Check the steak temperature to ensure it is your desired doneness.
Remove from the oven and serve the steak with some vegetables.
Plop some of the herb butter on top of the steak.
