Steak and Veggie Sheet Pan Meal

Tender, juicy steak and a load of flavorful vegetables roasted together all in one pan. It's so easy and delicious!

  • 1 large sheet pan
  • tongs
  • aluminum foil
  • meat thermometer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 red peppers cut into chunky strips
  • 2 yellow or orange peppers cut into chunky strips
  • 2 green peppers cut into chunky strips
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 container grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 3 New York Strip Steaks or other steaks use as many steaks for as many people you are serving
  • 4 tsp. Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp. herb butter

Instructions
 

  • Place the peppers, onions and half of the garlic on one side of a sheet pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Toss.
  • Place the tomatoes, thyme and the remaining garlic on the other side of the sheet pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Toss and set the sheet pan aside for now.
  • Season the steaks with the Montreal steak seasoning.
  • Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 4 minutes.
  • Flip the steaks over and cover them loosely with aluminum foil.
  • Bake another 5 minutes. Check the steak temperature to ensure it is your desired doneness.
  • Remove from the oven and serve the steak with some vegetables.
  • Plop some of the herb butter on top of the steak.
