Steak Salad

Greens and protein are the perfect lunch on a Keto diet. The dressing for this salad is so simple with a savory flair. It is quick and easy to put together, too.

Equipment

  • Indoor or outdoor grill
  • 1 knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large steak, cooked and sliced
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning (McCormick recommended)
  • Spring mix lettuce
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Chopped pecans
  • Ranch dressing
  • A1 steak sauce or another similar brand of steak sauce

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the steak with a grill seasoning of your choice.
  • Grill your steak according to your preferences.
  • Remove he steak from the grill and let it rest before slicing it.
  • While the steak is resting, I put together the salad by adding your favorite type of lettuce, grape tomatoes, shredded parmesan cheese and chopped pecans.
  • Slice the steak into strips and place it on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and steak sauce.
