Sweet and Salty Roasted Cashews

  • 1 measuring cup
  • Measuring spoons
  • 1 baking sheet or baking pan
  • 1 Large spoon
  • 1 skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups lightly salted cashews
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar Swerve (add more brown sugar if you like a sweeter taste
  • 1 tsp. flaky or coarse salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a skillet, combine the cashews, brown sugar Swerve and water. Stir.
  • Continue stirring until the liquid is evaporated and the cashews are coated.
  • Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pan.
  • Sprinkle the flaky salt over the cashews.
  • Roast in the oven 7-12 minutes. Check them every once in a while to make sure they do not scorch.
