Sweet and Salty Roasted Cashews

- 2 cups lightly salted cashews
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar Swerve (add more brown sugar if you like a sweeter taste
- 1 tsp. flaky or coarse salt
- 1/2 cup water
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, combine the cashews, brown sugar Swerve and water. Stir.
Continue stirring until the liquid is evaporated and the cashews are coated.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pan.
Sprinkle the flaky salt over the cashews.
Roast in the oven 7-12 minutes. Check them every once in a while to make sure they do not scorch.
