Sweet and Saory Salmon Dry Rub

This homemade dry rub seasoning for salmon is a sweet and savory game-changer! I use brown sugar Swerve to keep it Keto-friendly, but regular brown sugar works just as well for a non-Keto option.

  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1-1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet.
  • Add salt and pepper to the salmon and drizzle with some olive oil.
  • Generously sprinkle the rub on the salmon. You can use as much of the rub as you like.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork!
