Sweet and Saory Salmon Dry Rub
This homemade dry rub seasoning for salmon is a sweet and savory game-changer! I use brown sugar Swerve to keep it Keto-friendly, but regular brown sugar works just as well for a non-Keto option.

1 baking sheet
- 2 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1-1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place salmon on a baking sheet.
Add salt and pepper to the salmon and drizzle with some olive oil.
Generously sprinkle the rub on the salmon. You can use as much of the rub as you like.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork!
