Smoky Chipotle Cheese Fries
The smoky heat from the chipotle sauce pairs perfectly with the creamy, tangy sour cream topping, all layered over crispy fries and gooey, melted cheese. Every bite is rich, a little spicy, and completely addictive, which is exactly the kind of dish you’ll find yourself making again and again.

- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
Heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Make the topping first by mixing all the topping ingredients in a medium bowl.

Add the French fries, then sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Toss to coat.
