Friday – Beef Enchiladas and Red Rice

Saturday – Smoked Brisket, Mashed Cauliflower, Almond Flour Biscuits and salad

Sunday – Instant Pot Beef and Broccoli and cauliflower rice

Breakfast – Pancakes from the freezer, Individual Mini Casseroles (This is also found in The Pioneer Woman Come and Get It Cookbook), Breakfast Strata, Almond Flour Biscuits

Lunch Thai Crab Salad, Sandwiches, Leftovers, Smoked Brisket Sandwiches

Snacks Frozen Yogurt Bark from the freezer, Raspberry Cheesecake Bites from the freezer, veggies and dip, dehydrated peaches
