I love me some Fathead Dough!! Once again, I am Keto-izing a recipe in my files that calls for pizza dough. Fathead Dough is the best substitute for any recipe calling for a pizza crust. If you still like the looks and sound of this recipe, you do not have to make it using Fathead Dough. You can use regular refrigerated pizza dough or your favorite recipe for pizza dough. You can make this gluten-free or dairy-free by using a gluten-free pizza crust and substituting the cheese with non-dairy cheese. You can find my recipe for Fathead dough here.
Ingredients
1 recipe Fathead Dough or your favorite pizza crust recipe
1 8 oz bag mozzarella cheese
1 package pepperoni
Marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Fathead Dough according to the ingredients and instructions. The link for my Fathead Dough recipe is above. Lay out a sheet of parchment paper on your surface. Roll out the Fathead Dough into a rectangle or square.
Cover the dough sheet with mozzarella cheese. Top the cheese with pepperoni. From the longest side, roll up into a log like you would cinnamon rolls. Seal the ends by pressing the dough together. Cut the log into disks about 1 inch in width. Place the rolls in a greased pan on their flat side.
Place the pizza rolls in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve the Pizza Rolls plain or top with marinara sauce. These are so good!
