Universal City Walk Mini Golf

Rate this post

If you are in Orlando, spend an evening at the Universal City Walk Mini Golf Course. Located just past the conveyor belt people movers entrance to the right, the mini golf course is next door to the AMC movie theater. The course contains two themed mini golf courses: one with a 50’s horror movie theme and the other with a Sci-Fi theme. You can’t go wrong with either one.

Both courses have 18 holes and cost $19.99 to play one round. I went with my two besties on a Friday evening and we chose the 50’s horror movie-themed course. Guys….this was so much fun! These courses are a hidden gem. They are well-lighted after dark, so it is no problem playing a round or two before you head off to see the rest of the City Walk offerings.

Even if you do not have plans to walk around the massive City Walk entertainment complex, the mini golf course can stand alone for an evening of fun. Parking at Universal is free, but you will have to go through a security check and walk a little bit to reach the beginning of the complex. There are many restaurants and things to see and do at CityWalk, so plan accordingly. I will definitely want to come again to the mini golf course to play the Sci-Fi course on my next visit to Orlando.

The movie-themed course is full of spooky sounds around every corner. The last hole is covered by a gigantic haunted house that looks like it stepped out of the Psycho movie by Alfred Hitchcock. Kids will love it! Adults will love it! Ghosts will love it!
