Can you believe it’s almost February already? Between the holidays and two family weddings in the span of just three weeks, my usual meal planning and meal prepping routines completely fell apart. I’ve been flying by the seat of my pants at mealtime, which has led to more than a little chaos and a few moments of mealtime desperation.
It’s officially time to get back to building good habits. Meal prepping makes eating healthier so much easier, streamlines my day, and keeps me from feeling like I’m spending hours in the kitchen every single night.
