Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Rate this post

There used to be a bottled salad dressing made by Seven Seas (I think) called Green Goddess Dressing. It was so good! That was the salad dressing of choice when I was growing up. I loved to dip red radishes in it when I was a kid. The whole family loved it! Sadly, I don’t think it is available anymore. I craved it the other day, so I devised a recipe to make my own. I think I got it fairly close. I’m going to go back to dipping my radishes in it.

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup fresh parsley, stems removed

1 cup fresh herbs (tarragon, thyme, dill, basil, chives)

3 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 tsp. sea salt

Black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Process until smooth. Serve on top of your favorite salad ingredients.
