I am a little late on my meal prepping this week. I hope all of you Moms out there had a wonderful Mother’s Day! I did absolutely nothing of significance, which was wonderful. My son was loaded up with college final exams yesterday, but he did take a couple of breathers to celebrate.
I did not post my meal prepping day last week mainly because I did not do any meal prepping. Sometimes, you just gotta take a week off! <chuckle> My family could definitely tell that I didn’t do it, though. We were scrambling for items, plus it took longer to put meals on the table.
