Meal Prepping for the Week of October 4, 2022

Fall is here! Temperatures outside have started to drop a little, so it is actually pleasant to sit outside in the evening. Usually, this causes dinner to land on my table later than normal because I like to enjoy the fresh air. Having items in the fridge that are already chopped, sliced and thawed causes dinner to come together quicker, so we can enjoy those precious moments outside.
