This week comes right after our week of vacation. We had a lovely time in Hot Springs, Arkansas and then in St. Louis, Missouri. My father’s roots are in St. Louis, so it was fun to do some family heritage while there. I have been there several times throughout my life, but my husband and son had not. While on vacation, we fell off our Keto wagon fairly hard, so this week we need to get back on it. My son’s college starts soon, so it seems it is a good time to get back on track.

Saturday – Chicken Parmesan Meatballs, Steamed Squash

Sunday – Grilled Tilapia Poboys with Homemade Tartar Sauce

Breakfasts – Avocado Toast, Mexican Scrambled Eggs and Sausages

Lunches Greek Feast to Go, Spicy Seafood Bisque

Snacks – Tapatia Cocktail Nuts, Cheese cubes, Guacamole and Keto crackers
