Friday Spicy Peel and Eat Shrimp with Chipotle Cocktail Sauce and Baked Zucchini Rounds

Saturday Stuffed Pepper Soup

Sunday – Leftovers

Breakfast – Bacon and Egg Sandwiches, Tomato Omelet, Light Southwest Breakfast Pizza

Lunch – Warm Goat Cheese Salad, Portabello, Broccoli and Red Pepper Melt

Snacks Grilled Jalapeno Poppers, Keto bars, cheese cubes

    1. I accidentally replied under your comment for the enchilada dip. LOL Basically, it is similar to an alfredo, but I used egg noodles instead of fettuccine and added chicken. Michael loved it!
