Welcome to my kitchen! If you’re new here—I’m so glad you stopped by. Each week (or most weeks!), I share my weekly meal plan along with a practical, step-by-step meal prep guide. I usually set aside Mondays to become my own sous chef—chopping, slicing, thawing, and prepping ingredients in advance to make weeknight dinners faster, easier, and far less stressful.
Dedicating one day to meal prep is definitely a tradeoff—it takes time and intention—but the payoff is worth it. Having everything ready to go helps me stay on track with meals and makes the dinner rush feel more like a breeze than a battle.
This method might not be the perfect fit for everyone, but I hope it sparks some ideas to create a routine that works for you. Do you have your own meal prep routine? I’d love to hear about it—drop a comment below and share your tips!
