Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
4 salmon filets
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chives
1/4 cup sweet red chili sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. cayenne
Vegetable oil for grilling
Sliced green onion for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt and pepper, cayenne, chili powder and cumin.

Rub the spice mix on the salmon.

In a grill pan, saute the sliced onions until caramelized, about 20 minutes.

Heat the grill and add the salmon, skin side down for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook another 2-5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chives, red chili sauce and ginger paste. Mix well. Brush on the salmon while cooking.


Top the salmon with the sauteed onions and garnish with green onions.
