Meal Prep for the Week of November 10, 2025

I’m not going to lie! This is a really good menu this week! I am trying to make space in my freezers in preparation for Thanksgiving. This effort benefited me because I unloaded some treasures that had been taking up a lot of space. Sometimes it’s a good idea to rummage through what you have stored, because you can come up with a fabulous menu. You will find the items you bought at the store that you forgot about. It’s a good problem to have.

Monday – Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas, Mexican Street Cauliflower, Southwest Salad

Tuesday – Chicken Tikka Masala, Resistant Start Rice, Cucumber Salad

Wednesday – Coconut Curry Chicken Soup, Salad

Thursday – Zucchini Parmesan, Grilled Artichokes, Salad

Friday – Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings and Sweet and Smoky Chicken Wings, Tangy Green Beans, Salad

Saturday – Leftovers

Sunday – Smoked Pork Ribs and Beef Ribs, Broccoli with Cheese Sauce, Salad

Breakfast – Bacon, Eggs, Bagels with Cream Cheese

Lunch – Shrimp Salad with Vinaigrette, BLT Sandwiches, Leftovers

Snacks – Keto Orange Marmalade Cake, Strawberries and Cream, Grapes, White Queso Dip with Veggie Dippers and Keto Crackers, Hummus with Keto Crackers

Shaved Steak – Philly Cheesesteak Quesadillas
